pre-painted oem style fender flares....wheres the best place to buy them and does anyone sell them with factory paint colors/pre-painted so i can simply bolt them on?

ive got 1.5" wheel spacers on now and i think it would look nice with a bit of a fender flare......im not very much interested in the aggressive bushwacker style flares either

Might want to rethink the Oe ones. Mine just started separating and my truck has less than 2k miles.

I've been looking casually for a couple months for exactly the same thing and there doesn't seem to be anywhere to find what you are looking for at a reasonable price. The best I have found is $700-$800+ for a set of paint matched OEM style flares. Maybe that is "reasonable", but I don't think so.

I've heard that some people have had luck looking for them on eBay, but so far I've only seen tons of listings for unpainted flares, and *one* set of white ones.

I have not asked what the dealership might charge. I assume they can order painted OEM flares, but pricing seems likely to be ridiculous.

im also liking the rough country smooth flares

i like how the fronts go all the way to the chrome part of the bumper. it bothers me that so many stop before getting past the headlights

and i think the rough countrys might offer a little more flare than oem without being too big. heres their riveted versionrough country flares.jpg

Me, and a few others on here got ours from a dealer on Ebay ... OEM factory painted for like $300 ... I got the ones from a 2500, because they look better on Sports than the 1500 ones do ... 4 years in Ohio winters, e5fe0bfe49f243c6662c32f9bf10b65e.jpgand no issues with them coming off

Uses the screws holding the fender liner, and double sided tape to the fender ... Gotta make sure you clean the fender really good with alcohol so the tape sticks properly ... 4 Years and I have no issues ... You'd have to search Ebay ... It was 4 years ago ... Not sure they are still around, but maybe

That’s Dave Smith CJDR in Kellogg ID. I’ve bought a couple sets from them. You’ll have to scrape the old tape off, easy enough. Never had a problem with them.

I bought the eBay 2500 "OEM style" ones off eBay for my 2013 1500 Express. I did have to shape the front a little with a heat gun to fit the curve of the bumper of the Express, but otherwise they fit well. I got some rubber trip for the upper edge so the plastic isn't sitting right against the paint. I left mine black and have been debating about finding someone to paint them. At $100 for the flares, you have a lot of wiggle room to get them painted before you get up into the $700-800+ range that was mentioned by others

I bought these: https://www.ebay.com/itm/10-17-Dodg...nder-Flares-/352357305042?hash=item520a21cad2

and used this rubber trim: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01CJRGX3O/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

watch craigslist. I just scored a set of oem 2500 flares for $40. Another $45 for me to paint and clear them, and $15 for 3m double tape. total price of $100! If your not in a hurry, keep a good watch all over the internet, they pop up now and then!

Does that rubber trim work quite well? I just picked up 2500 flares for my 1500 sport and was worried about a proper seal against the fender

No rubber ...

If you look at his links he bought rubber fender trim to use with his OEM flares, Im just curious how it held up/works vs just using double sided 3m tape which can be notorious for peeling.

So far so good on the rubber trim. Has stayed in place perfectly fine and gives a clean line between the flare and body.
