OEM Head Unit Swap

Yo, long time reader, first time poster.
Would it be possible to easily swap a 4th Gen nav head unit into my '08 2500? I really just want an aux and cleaner display without the hassle of getting into the harness. I suspect the connectors aren't the same, if not any recommendations on adapters if its possible? Thanks.

Depends on the head unit. If it's a MyGig then yes, if it's the generation beyond that then no.
