I've looked and it feels weird to have to ask (I remind folks to search a lot here :roflsquared:) but it seems to me someone posted up how to convert your truck from standard incandescent taillights to the OEM LED.

Does anyone have a link to such a subject here, or elsewhere? I may be in need of that info when buying a new truck next week.

Thanks in advance!

If someone wrote up a nice DIY I could have added it to the DIY Index and you would have found it easily!

Ya'know, like someone who's about to do it...

Wouldn't be much of a how to since the harness makes it plug and play.

I have it from him and it's exactly that, plus the quality of the harness is top notch.

I'm wondering if 2017's have any weird quirks that have to be addressed for HID's & the adapter.

It will be soon. The 2014 was totaled last week:

I don't understand your comment. No escalation here, just a reason why the 2014 is getting replaced.

Well that's a way to get a fresh start.
Sorry bout your luck I just got mine back from an accident. Yours is way worse no coming back from that. At least you made it out of it and a new one on the way.

I believe this is my first time saying "that will NOT buff right out"[emoji23].
Structurally it looks like the truck did its job. What was the speed on impact?
Hope everyone is ok.
