    So.. Getting cyl misfire #6
What's weird is that the truck almost dies when I come to a complete stop in drive.

I just had the cam replaced along with all new lifters removing MDS and had the MDS tuned out.

I'm approaching my 500-mile mark after the cam Swap and lifter change so I'm about to do an oil change on it as well.

Truck has 108,000 miles on it so the solenoids and Sparks and wires are all original to the vehicle.

I saw somewhere that that code could mean a number of things.

I've had Vehicles misfire before but never almost died when I come to a complete stop any ideas
