Passenger power seat won't go down or back

I have a 2002 1500 and recently the passenger seat (power seat) was moved all the way forward and all the way up. It will not go down or back. When I push the buttons to make it go down or back, I don't hear the motor even attempting to move the seat. If I push up or forward, I can hear the motor engage. The lumbar also still works. I have checked the fuse and it is fine. Any other idea's before I take it to get repaired?
