I may use your diagram in a different way. Not going to be using them HI/LOW. I just want them hooked to a factory like switch without having to cut new holes into the dash.

Well I get her all wired up this morning. Cut off the PIAA ON/OFF switch and tapped into the factory fog light switch, threw in a 10amp in-line fuse just for good measures on the PIAA side.

Doesn't bother me a bit, love doing fab work. Being a fabricator/machinist is my profession anyways.

very nice design.

would you be willing to send me some dimensions?

the third wire likely supplies the switch with a light.

With everything that still works perfectly on the dash I don't have the heart to drill holes and ****** the look of the factory just yet. Want to keep it looking as nice as possible hence why I hooked them up to the factory fog switch.

I just removed the vent. Had that piece of plastic I cut off something, and it fit right in, so now I don't have those holes.

Here is a short video clip of coming home from my Search And Search meeting last night in Riggins, ID. You'll get to see the fog light in action. No comments about the left bulb being blown on the low beam side and no comments about the camera focus. I know I should of lock the focus...

But this is (4) 100w aircraft landing light 2 high beam and 2 low beam...

Somehow I didn't take you for the 50 cent type.

I got tired of shelling out $100 bucks everytime a light broke from flying gravel. With the sealed beam bulbs there $18 bucks at a local NAPA and the buckets are rubber so if I was to crush it just $18 bucks and back down the road.

PIAA / KC thoes are expensive to replace every year...
