I had a 64 Pontiac Catalina 389 TriPower, nightmare to adjust.Been Around the block more than once with old mopars.
Most people don't know how to properly adjust and tune all three adjusting screws on this:

RPM and vacuum guage are needed todo it right. A bit of lope in the cam adds some required finesse in the setting.
Timing light gets it close. Adjust by sound of the airflow from there. Double check total advance before tightening it back down after a test run or two.
(Carb is a little dirty on the outside. Will wipe it clean before the next time it goes to car club. )
I bet.i helped a friend with his 340 six pack more than Once.I had a 64 Pontiac Catalina 389 TriPower, nightmare to adjust.
Mine. At home. Finally got a garage big enough to fit her in.

Loaded with camping gear and bikes so the back's sitting about 1/2" low here, but here she lies.

Thanks.Looks great, really like the stanc.
Care to share the specs with us? Lift, wheels, tires, shocks, and other mods?
Well done
Nicely doneThanks.
It's a 2014 sport with a 4" Rough Country Lift (2.5" in the back with Icon 2.0's). The wheels are XD Rockstars 20x10 -22 offset with 35/13.5/20 Ridge Grapplers on them. It's done a lot of towing in its life so it also has airbags and a compressor in the back. Truxedo X15 Tonneau cover as well.
Ya they’re great! The compressor is in the passenger ram box at the bottom.Nicely done
One of my to do list is the airbags as well. How and where did you locate your compressor?
I’ve often thought about up in the engine bay so as to be able to use it for other things relating to onboard air.
