Has anyone installed the q logic 12" sub box in their truck? I found them on crutchfield and they are 220 with free shipping. Just curious if anyone has used them or built one like it. If anyone has built one do you have any dimensions?

I am wanting to just install one 12 in the back so I can still use under the seat storage. Has anyone built a single sub box for under the seat? Where have you guys ran an amp in these trucks?

They've always been pretty decent sub enclosures.

Hmm so no one makes one that will fit under it tho? Is that a 10 or 12in? If that's the only option that is what I will have to do

Ok thanks. With the driver side seat down does it stick up any further than the other side?

Thanks bud. I can't believe they make it 4.5 in thick. They say it can fit a sub 7in in depth, wish they would make a skinnier profile one cause I'd be fine just running a shallow sub

I agree it would be nice to have the option of a shallower box, that being said this box does sound really good and pushes solid punchy beats out. I hated losing my storage but I love the box

I have the exact same box as ramportin1 in a 4th gen. It fits and protrudes the same, but I have the bench seat in mine. You really don't want to get a shallow sub. They bottom out pretty easy and sound like s$%t. Go with a good sub and do it right the first time. These enclosures have .95 cuft of airspace, you might make sure the sub you get will match up with it. Not many do the small ported enclosures well, but I'll link a few of them for you to look at. I have and RE Audio SCX10 pushed with a Kicker zx400.1 and it sounds damn good. This enclosure isn't just about the boom, it has pretty decent sq as well. I also added a grill on mine to protect the sub because my surround was starting to get chaffed. I would highly recommend one if you go this route with enclosure.

I have no affiliation with any of these, but did lots of research on what would match up with this enclosure. I wish I would've gone with the Fi Audio, but I didn't find it until after my purchase. But like I said, it sounds pretty good still.
