Hey guys I have a 1989 w250 that im looking to lift. I was looking at my rear end and noticed it had blocks in the back already I beleive they are stock because all three of the dodge trucks at my house have blocks on the rear end, correct me if im wrong about the blocks being stock. Anyways I was looking at a 4 inch lift kit with new springs for the front and blocks for the rear but i measured the blocks that are already in the truck and they measure around 3 inches so if i bought the lift 4 inch lift and put it in does that mean the truck would only sit 1 inch higher then it does rate now? Or would the kit come with something like an 7 inch block to make up for the 3 inches already in it? Any help is apprecated, Thanks in advance!
