I have "dibs" on a set of clean 99 Dakota R/T leather seats. Anybody know how much work it is to swap them into my 96 Ram 1500? I know the tracks/pedestals are different - I was just curious if the Dakota seats will bolt down on top of the Ram brackets. I know the obvious is to tear the seats out of mine and match stuff up, but the Dakota seats are wrapped up and stored in his loft and trying to avoid having him waste time if they are definitely a no-go. He thinks the drivers seat is power, which in itself is no problem, and I do have a MIG welder, so some fab is also no issue. Just curious if anybody has tried this swap, and if so - what was involved. Thanks, Willie
