So I lifted my truck with bilstein set a 2.8 and did an alignment done on the truck. I find my truck is nose high, can i put rear lift without an other alignment

Yes. Lifting the rear will have a very very minor effect on your caster settings. It shouldn't affect anything else as far as tire wear goes.

I went with the icon 1.75” lift coil and it balanced things out pretty well. Install is straight forward and no special tools needed. Does help to use a hi-lift jack or forklift to bring the rear end up high enough to swap the springs out
