Removing trim on steering wheel

How do I go about removing the silver trim around the buttons on the steering wheel? Do they just pop right up and snap back on?

I'm not sure about those, but I know on my 2012 they are screwed in from the back. You have to take the airbag out so you can unscrew the main bezel, then unplug them to get to the screws...

I finally got them out, they just pop up and pull out.

Great! I'm so glad you posted this.... I'm removing mine to have them wrapped along with the other silver dash pieces.
