Hi everyone,
I was referred by the dealer to an outfit that replaces rear sliding windows. Service was great. Mopar window. But now it creaks and moans when I accelerate and brake. Also it looks like it is missing some trims at the bottom and top of window. I did not witness the repair, but it looks like other trims were torqed-on a little too much.
What I'd like is for someone to point me to a repair manual or explain the proper repair procedure so I may be educated when the repairman comes back to investigate my complaints.
