I just got around to installing my Retro shop HIDs and once I installed them I noticed a few issues:

-The high beams only work when you pull back on the lever (to flash them for example) and not when you push them forward to keep them on.

-The headlights do not come on at all except for when the high beams are flashed.

The blinkers work just fine. I’ve checked all connectors and positive and negative connections at least 6 times, and tried plugging and unplugging all connections with no luck.

I have the retroshop projector headlights with profile powerhouse ballasts.

Any ideas what it could be?

Try reversing the connection at the previous factory bulb connection

Hit up Jeremy directly. I had a hell of a time hooking up my hids and upgraded projectors. He was very patient and even sent me a replacement piece that was causing one of my turn signals to not work. I've had them for almost a year and he actually sent me a replacement piece last week because that little black box dohicky was all melty.
