It's Time for newer wheels on my 85 D250
Found some 2012 Alloy 6 spokes off a 2500 w/ only 4k miles & took em home for $320 w/center caps
The 17x8 is a nice upgrade from the factory 16x7
The bolt pattern is the same 8x6.5
After a Mach up it appears factory studs won't be long enough to mount the center caps on factory lugs because of the backspacing on the newer wheels..
My question is... There anyone familiar with retro swapping wheels?
Will this require replacing all 32 studs?
