Rim help!!

i have a 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 5.7 alt quad cab looking at getting rims and been looking online for the stock center bore of my stock rims I’m getting all different numbers the rims I wanna get the center bore is 131.1 and online I seen some sites said stock is 120.1 but I’m not sure and if that’s correct where can I find hub centeric rings because I don’t see any that go up that high I seen people say you don’t need them but I pull a trailer and would rather not have all that weight on my lungs if anyone can help that would be great thanks
