    I coincide with your answer. I attempted dipped wheels and it looked like ass.

    To the OP, save your money and get em' powder coated.

    Mine are dipped...shittily though.

    I'll say this: If the condition of your wheels is absolute shit, go ahead. Wheel paint or powder coat will show gashes and stuff through where as plastidip el full em in if you pay it thick enough. Mine were absolutely horrible and at the time idv rather spend money on the motor so i went with plastidip. Looks better than it did but still looks like shit. Wheels are finally on my list now

    your are best to polish them. i think you can polish aluminum like that to almost look like chrome if you wanted

    Ouch man. I have some money but plasti dipped my rims. They actually turned out very nice. I am getting new rims in the spring but wanted to get rid of the last little bit of chrome on my truck while I waited
