Sent the truck in for rust repair.

Well merry Christmas! I sent my truck into either a hillbilly body shop or a Chop shop/**** lab........But it's getting the drivers side inner and outer rockers , cab corner and front fender replaced......drumroll.......$725.00 Think that's a hell of a deal???? I'll take after pics soon as I get it back. Probably by Friday

Hillbilly **** manufacturers do the best body work. Bet it turns out great. Make sure the truck you get back is actually yours lol.

We did that once.... yeah that was a lot of bondo and crappy painting. Needs redone because that job made it worse

I'm rolling the dice. My neighbor owns a shady stealership. His "personal" body guy. He buys tons of auction vehicles and all his trucks prettymuch get new rockers/cab corners repaired before they go on the lot.

Funny side story....we live in a 60's subdivision. HOA and all. But this guy got the biggest house, biggest pool and his wife is 90% aftermarket. But literally looks like Danny Devito!

Told me his secret.....it's a buy here pay here. So a drug dealer buys a 10 year old 180k mile escalade or Benz. Drops a few thousand cash down. 6 months later he gets locked up. Truck comes back. lol Sold the same Denali 4 times. Classy!

Why we call it my Al bundy truck. We got it thru his "associate".......thought I was going to be shot Took the photos at delivery, my wife saw a drug deal go down in the back ground lol . But hey we needed a truck and it was free!
