So I just bought my first diesel rig, '04 2500 Heavy Duty with a 5.9, it came factory with the Auto trans but previous owner swapped that for the 6 speed manual trans. Everything looks great except it doesn't have the shifter boot/consolette. Outside of salvage yards and EBay, because I've been searching there, Where can I track one of these down? Thanks
