Shifter?

In the Audio and Electronics section there is a thread about the Tesla radio. It's a long thread and very tempting to get the replacement radio. However, I have a different question. In the link provided to the radio it has pictures of what it looks like after installation. The first picture shows a shifter on the center console. Where on earth can I get a shifter like that for a 2016 Laramie with the bucket seats and full console? I really like that!!!
