Had them install on my 4/6 and rode like ass. to go that low you need dual adjustable shocks like Viking shocks

Cant seem to find the answer to this. Do the QA1 TS905 rear shocks work for Belltech springs trimmed for a 5" rear drop? I currently have the cheap Nitro Drop on and want new shocks for the rear at least. May do the fronts later. Or would the Belltech Street Perf shocks work for 5" drop? Can't seem to find out anywhere

Anyone know the length of the front and rear shocks at ride height using factory front control arms at a 4/6 drop? Working on my 17 Ram Regular Cab. I really need this info so to give to QA1.

Those are still factory length shocks. Because of how low I am I need shorter ones to work correctly. But thanks for the info!

The front shocks were actually about 2 inches shorter than stock and the rears are about half inch longer than the belltech nitro for a 4 inch drop

Do you think they will work on a 4/6 drop?

I ended up putting my kyb monomax back on, the excel gs were nice, but too soft. If I didn't live down some country roads it probably would have been fine.

2/4 lowering only
QA1 Shocks

Front: TS514
Rear: TS905

no modifications required
--------------------------------
If using the Inez 4/6 or 5/7 lowering kit shorter shocks need to be used. The rear QA1 shocks don't work properly.

Rear: KYB KG54308 or Pro Comp ES9000 Shocks 919500
FYI I just noticed these are on sale @ Summit ( didn't check other vendors ) for $143.99 / per , reg. $159.99 per. just ordered a set.

Viking offers variations for truck lower than 2/4... If your ride height isn't in the middle of the shock travel, the valving won't be effective no matter what number you set the compression and rebound ...VIKING PN.JPG
