For those of you pulling a TT above 7500 lbs, are you cutting it close on your payload? It seems that without the Rambox the payload is about 1400, with is close to 1300, correct?

That’s really the only sticking point for me right now: I’m 200, wife is 130, kid is 80 and dog is 60. Tongue weight of my TT is 800. Even with a WD hitch, I figure I’d be at about 1250-1300 before adding any gear.

I’d love to get one with a Rambox but it appears to reduce by over 100ish. Anybody with Rambox got a pic of their payload sticker?

Unfortunately, based on hysterical scientific data the weight of the kid and it's accessories (food, soda, and clothing) will not remain constant. An increase in weight given time in years of approximately 50 to 120 pounds will occur. This additional kid weight will further reduce your PW towing capacity.

air bags with daystar cradle!! While it doesn't increase the PL legally, this is the same 3/4 ton with a softer suspension. The air bags allow you to increase air psi and carry a heavier PL safely. Then air them down when you get there, go wheeling and air them up when you go home.

Hmm, I don't know that I snapped a photo when I was helping my parents move, but it was a pretty small trailer lol. Didn't feel it back there at all (not that I was expecting to).

My old Denver neighbor would tow behind his 6" lifted Chevrolet pickup a military trailer. Photo below taken in November 2016. Now this is probably the perfect utility trailer to tow behind any Power Wagon. Got my old K1500 parked next to it for comparison. Think the trailer tires on it were 38".KIMG0076.jpg
