This question may sound dumb but bear with me cuz I'm running on 4 hours of sleep in the last 56 hours. If I install Bilsteins all the way around at 2", then put 2.5 suspension lift spacers on, would it be a 4.5 inch total lift? Would it be safe to drive like that? Would the front be WAYY higher than the rear since lift blocks also level the front? I thought I'd ask my fellow ram owners to see if anyone knows or has tried it.

They don't make adjustable shocks for the rear, only the fronts. If you're 4wd, that would destroy your CV angle up front, and rip your CV joints to shreds.

Without some sort of drop bracket for the front diff, 2-3" is MAX up front on a 1500. Your CV angles would be bad, and your upper ball joint would probably not be happy with the angle either. Pics below shows my old 12' 1500 with a 4" Mopar(Superlift) with Bilsteins at 0, than at 1.4. As well as the angles of the upper and lower A arm. Going all the way up to 4.5" without a drop would have those angles way too steep

Back in the day when I had a 12 ram1500 big horn I thought I could just stack two levelling kits to get a 4-5" lift. Well it worked!! Truck stood high, wheels still looked like the where cambered nice. 6 months and 20000km of the stiffest riding ram on earth I ended up having to replace all my shocks as they all over extended, I replaced top and bottom ball joints as the weight of my truck was only thing holding spindles to a-arms. So I would suggest just sticking with either a spring spacer levelling kit or the bilstien way. Not both. Or get a drop spindsl 4" left that actually keeps the stock Susp geometry
