Signal lights not working

Front and back signals not working including hazards.

There's no power to the fuses :

10A RIGHT TAIL LAMPS
20A TRAILER PARK LAMPS
10A LEFT TAIL LAMPS

TESTED WITH TEST LIGHT

There’s also a relay to check. Then check all your grounds, make sure their clean and free from corrosion. I suggest buying a repair manual because there’s a **** load of grounds to be checked and you can’t see all of them, but the manual will show where they are. Gl.

When test light is on positive terminal to check ground, the fuses light up red.
(both sides of the fuse)
When test light is on negative to check power, there is NO green light for power. (both sides of the fuse)
