I think you made a great purchase. Reg cab trucks are still great trucks. That looks like the 6.4' box too. 5.7 HEMI, short wheelbase, light weight truck... that's a fun running rig if you ask me!

The "Regular" Cab is still way bigger than they used to be. I had an '86 F250 that I just couldn't get far enough away from the steering wheel. My 2011 Std Cab Ram is just fine; your will be, too.

would LOVE a reg. cab, BUT cant fit a child seat in one,(Grandson)
AND I sure aint gonna ride in a ferd fusion (wifes car) everywhere when we have the lil man.
PLUS my grandson claims my truck I I I I I mean HIS truck is perfect.
(He is 5 in May)
Since he was 18 months old, if he is outside with me and hears the chime from door open, he runs and gets in driver seat

Nice truck it's definitely a unique combination. The lonestar has great options. And as long as your happy with the deal it doesn't matter whay anyone else thinks.

nice ride! I was just thinking about a hopped up regular cab. a nice hemi with an 8 speed, turn off traction control.... but I already have a 2 seater that I feel cramped in. maybe Ram should bring back the 'club cab' just for me.

Good choice, cant beat a reg cab truck with a v8, ive had 4 so far. 1 chevy, my dads old gmc, and 2 rams. I recommend getting exhaust done first

The short bed regular cab V8 is a hot rod truck. Short wheelbase maneuverable and quick, just love to drive my BigHorn. Everyone that drives it loves it.

Not saying that you would be better off with a long wheelbase bigger cab for towing or hauling, but this thing is just fun, and looks proportionally great IMHO.

My biggest gripe is that the driver seat back doesn't fold forward short of using the power adjuster. The passenger side does flip forward, but who wants to walk around . There is an amazing amount of behind the seat storage. I can throw six or seven grocery bags back there.
