I always do the driver's side first, get the hard side done first and then finishing up with the passenger's side makes the beers taste better after lol.... I run platinum plugs in my Hemi, also have a tune and run 93 octane. No issues and been doing it for ten years with over 200,000 miles on the girl.

I did mine this weekend.. not fun, but its done. Had one that was seized up but finally got it out with penetrating oil and warming up the engine. 91k on OEM plugs on my 08 5.7 hemi.

Very easy to change plugs on these trucks. Before my 5.7, I had a Ford 5.4. Its an all day event and had to have $200 in special tools.

I do it pretty much the same way, except I use a swivel for the spark plug under the brake booster. Easier to get in there.
