Should I take the time to take off my fuel injectors and clean them ? Or not bother risking the seals and what not?

My 4.7 has 16 plugs and I'm dreading changing them. Those back ones look like a *****. I don't want to pay the dealer though, can't imagine what they would charge to do it.

The dealer here wanted $300 to replace just the plugs, not even cleaning the throttle body.

alright so i loked at oreillys... they have champion plugs... my question is does dodge use the double platinum, platinum, copper core, or iridium plugs? being that you said they are cheap i will probably eliminate the iridium because they are $7 so i assume thats not factory...
