Need help understanding how to tighten the front stem shocks on my 98 Ram 1500. I got some Pro Comp ES3000 shocks and got the first one installed with no problem but cannot figure out how to tighten the top stem nut without damaging it. It goes on about an eighth of an inch and then just gets too tight to turn with no where to hold the shaft to keep it from turning. There is obvously a trick or procedure I am missing. Got to get these on this weekend!
