Swap 2wd coilovers with 4wd?

Is it possible to swap out my 2wd coil springs for the 4wd ones? Or even 2500 coil springs to lift the front some? I cant find the dimensions for the coils anywhere, i would imagine that they would be a simple swap but not sure, anyone have any insight?

Simply put No you can't use 4wd coil springs in a 2wd. You might be able to use 3/4tonne 2wd springs in the 1/2 tonne 2wd truck.
