Swapping 2012 seats into 2004 Ram

Hey folks - came across these seats on Craigslist. They seem a bit expensive ($1500) but they got me curious.

2007 Dodge Ram SRT seats

My 2004 doesn’t currently have power or heated seats.

Will these seats drop into the existing mounting holes or would modifications be needed?

Also, how difficult is it to get the power seats and heat wired to work?

So first of all, your title says 2012 seats. Title of the CL ad says 2007 SRT seats, no such animal as the Ram SRT ended in 2006. Otherwise....these are 3rd gen seats still (duh) and will physically bolt in. You will need to sort wiring, since yours doesn't have any of that.
