Which brand are these? Led Concepts or Diode?

Led concepts . Wasn't happy with how they sent zero instructions.... could only troubleshoot with them via email. No telephone troubleshooting though them . And on a ram you need to wire in resistors (which they had no knowledge about ) I learned on my own how to make them work. So if you have any questions feel free to hit me up if you go that route ! They are sick tho! No one else has em that I've seen.

I think you called me at one point to review? If not......sounds very similar to another customer..... (I run RetroShop).

With what you have there, what was the trick on your 15? Did you keep the stock 3157 bulb in the turns, or change to a LED? The LED Concepts ones are a bit different than the Diode ones I carry - but always curious on these!

Yes I probably did call you! I called many people! I kept original 3157 bulb...

The issue wasn't the bulb tho. I was getting a hyper flashing without having a resistor installed . I had to install a resistor on the ground wire of the parking lamp/turnsignal harness . The resister had to be wired with both ends wired into the ground wire . Very simple fix that no one could tell me to do, not even led concepts. Just trial and error on my part.

Only issue now is I must not have sealed them the best . Driving in nasty white out snow/slush storm for 200 miles the other day and got some fogging inside the lense. It's gone now but def gonna have to bake , clean out the butyl, and reseal sometime. Any recommendations on any anti fog stuff to put inside lense when I have them apart?

Thats an odd one......only adding a resistor to the ground? Not to parking or turns?

Interesting.....

It was pretty bad . No pics because since I ran the headlights and the weather cleared they are good .

As for the resistor I felt the same way. I originally had one end of resistor on the ground and the other on the parking light power. Then switched to turn signal wire . All the same result ... hyperflash then out . With it wire to ground only on both ends .... flawless .

Gotcha!

So......yeah, sealing - all depends on where wires are coming out, etc.....its a trip on headlights sometimes. ;) But - keep an eye on it, if it was just the one time occurrence, not an issue.....

Good info on the resistor as well!

The wires come out the same grommet the harness goes into . I may spray the back of the harness with some flex seal and possibly around the seam where the lense and housing meet too. But just checked them this am , not a sign of fogging so next test is the car wash!
