    OP: If you're running around the acreage and such, I'd go taller and not wider.

    i went from 285x70 x17's with a 3000lb truck camper and 3000lbs of boat which i wasn't happy with to 35x12.5 x20's but i haven't had the camper on with the new ones yet.i'm expecting them to carry/tow much better,but the rubber is coming off in the spring for some nitto ridge grapplers in a j rating. i say wider and a little less sidewall.
