Got some new times. N/A runs. from the 14.913 to the 14.872 was a change in tune and hollowed out cats. New tune is from Sean Powell from HEMIFEVER. I couldnt grab traction when i ran the 14.872. Ill probably leave my spare tire on next time. dropped the PSI to 17 in the radials.

Dude, I envy you. What exactly do you have done to your truck performance wise? I'm trying SO hard to lower my times right now but I feel like I'm running out of options after I install my gears..

15.8 was my last time. 0-60 mid 7s

I'm currently running 3.55s I haven't installed my 4.56s yet

If you buy yourself a set of drag radials, and a 3200 stall torque converter you will see a huge gain.

A converter is on my list, drag radials probably wouldn't be in my favor when I go huntin

Get a set of DR's for it... BAM! low 14's...

Yea im on a set of mickey tompson DR's. 26" tires. Im going to upgrade to Hoosier full slicks 28" tires. when my income tax comes in

Ive been talked out of 4.56's. Its been a big debate and i think ive settled for 4.10's.

No not yet.. Possibly in 2 weeks!! cant wait

Any reason? I wonder if the 4.56's and your smaller drag radials would cause you to shift into 4th at the track, which wouldn't be good for the trans life.

I'm curious about this too.. Although I don't take my truck to the track, I'd think you would be able to change when your truck shifts into another gear with trans tuning?

If you're spinning with DR's it's likely due to that 17psi in them.
We run mid 20's in 275 radials on cars that run 4's in the 1/8
DR's aren't slicks....the like air pressure.

He's still running with an open diff, so that 1 wheel peel isnt helping traction off the line either. I agree though...I would run them closer to 24-26psi. That is what I always used to run in my 03, and I was cutting 1.6 60' times.
