Sometimes I get lazy and don’t put the filter back on but it’s mostly for the strip. You just pull out the filter and put in a small tube and bam! Track ready

how are your temps with just the AC fan?

They stay right at 185 and I live in Texas . Every once in a while in real dense traffic with temps in the 95-105 range you will see them creep up around 200-205 but that’s still under factory so not a big deal

Actually goes the other way, a smaller tire acts like more gear. 3.55 on a 28” equates to a 4.18 gear

EXACTLY...why not tell it like it is....the truck did 11.987...why try make it sound faster be dropping off the last number...it's still damn fast !


11.998 DOES round to 12.00 if you are going to 2 decimal places from 3....it sure isn't an 11.99 run...took .008 seconds too long

11.987 rounds to 11.99 when going to 2 decimal places from 3....(11.984 rounds to 11.98 correctly)

Some tracks, if you run a 11.987 on the slip, and go bragging you ran an 11.98, you just might have a fight to deal with

I have been around drag racing all my life....none of the average Joe's that I have ever seen uses the last digit. Everyone leaves it out. Thats all the class guys who race for trophy class. And if someone wants to fight over leaving off a thousandth of a second, well they are emotionally unstable and need therapy. Nobody rounds up the et according to the thousandth, whatever slip says up to the hundredth is what you run.
