throttle body rebuild

    rebuilding a throttle body and cant figure out how to remove the throttle blade shaft, searched for hours online and cant find anything.

    Quick question, reason for rebuild?

    To answer your question though, remove the throttle blades via the 2 screws on each and simply pull it out the side

    ive got 2 torn down and neither of them will just pull out

    Yeah they can be a bitch to get out. Can try a punch on the tps side.

    Again, why are you wanting to rebuild one?

    You have to remove the c-clip first.
