I have a 2011 ram Laramie.

I bought the truck a month or so ago and when I put the truck in reverse the side mirrors would both tilt to the same angle so I could precisely backup into parking spots. i really like this feature so I can see the rear wheels when I reverse into my driveway.

over the last few days I've noticed that the driver side mirror is still tilting to the same angle that it was, however the passenger side is not. It is probably only tilting 1/4 of what it used to be. Has anyone run into this issue in the past?

I did some searches but couldn't find much. It does seem to have been a problem on a few trucks, but haven't found a solution. It seems like this should be adjustable.

Got any ice in there? If you manually move the mirrors via the button does it go lower?
yes - if i use the power mirror controls it will go all the way down. pretty weird that it just changed out of no where. it is cold here right now, but i dont believe there is any ice in there.

I didn’t even think Ram had the option for mirrors that tilted when in reverse

Wish I had that option on my truck.

I have them, but they move around too much when I back into my garage since it takes some adjustment so I disabled it. They go back to normal when you put it in drive immediately. A little time delay would be nice.

Go through your menus and you may have it. If I was near my truck I'd check to see what it's under, but I think it's in safety and lighting. Comes set off so you have to check the box to enable it. Mine's a limited so I'm no help there.
