Can this tire lean be aligned or need more hole length?

& should I try to adjust it before I bring to alignment shop?

Depends on how much negative camber you now have, but most of it can be aligned out or you can get a camber kit that will more the control arm in/out a bit to help out as well.

So what did you do here put drop springs? I remember when I did my inner an outer tie rods on my truck an when I put the truck on the ground I had the tie rods way out of whack an my wheels looked like that if not worse but all is good now.

Shorter springs - just over 2 1/2"
also outer tie rods, ball joints, shocks, & a short bump stops.

The tie rods are very close to where the old ones were.

Ok pics of a-arms all the way out.

Went to alignment shop & they said atleast 3/8" needs or 1/2" - they would charge $100 - $150 for this + the alignment.

So I will do this myself.

Ok, Since this truck as it sits is not alignable, I will be making plates so my truck can be aligned & the upper a-arm wont be at such an angle.
Hopefully (will be measuring today) there's enough room to raise the a-arm brackets 2 1/2", the same the drop is (approx. - measured diff in diff parking lots from 2 1/2" to 2 3/4" drop).

will post pics of what I do.

So an update to this, I made some camber plates & was only half smart, I did not make the camber holes long enough & now its positive camber.

So tomorrow I will taking the plates off again & make the camber slots longer - like I should have done anyway, so close to having it align.

more pics.

& still not good. I need cut some off the front of the plates - only on the inside plates though - the a-arms are really close to touching.

So I guess more work tomorrow.

Yeah I see your plates extend just a little too much outside of the Stock Mounts...

If you still have some blanks you could do new ones for the inside plates.

Just saying...

So I decided to make all new camber plates, I just don't want to see such a "hack" job on my truck & yes I know I did the hack job.
The plate is cheap, drill bit not so much.

I figure making it look good is worth spending money, I will just call the plates I made so far test plates.

Will also have a template incase others want to do the same.

Any chance you could post some measurements on your plates. I have a dropped 4wd Daytona that has been eating through the inside edge of tires ever since I got it. The put on the aftermarket camber plates but that only gets +-1.00 and I need more than that to get the rid of all the negative camber. Rear springs were flipped and the torsion bars were dropped so I ma guessing that's about a 4"-5" lower of the truck. Thanks and good job on those plates the 2nd batch look nice.
