Touch up paint

So someone whose been driving my truck ( she's the only one other person with a license in my household) has been opening the door into foreign objects, and now it's starting to rust. anyone have good touch up paint, the paint pen isn't working because it's right along the edge.

^X2. Follow direction (videos on web site help) and do the surface prep. Ensure its reasonably warm when you apply clear coat, and expect to have to wet sand at least a little bit.

Do you wet sand between the paint and clear or after the clear has been applied
