Towing with a lifted truck

Anyone ever tow anything heavy with a lifted truck if so what's the secret to doing it right now

Depends ... What type dof lifted truck is it... 1/2 ton... 3/4 ton? .. gears.. gas/diesel??? Tire size??? What are you towing??

Based on some other threads I've seen you post up I'm assuming you're looking at a 4" lift kit. Realistically you aren't going to have any problems towing at that height. A 1500 with a 4" lift kit is the same height as a 2500/3500 stock. Just get a proper hitch setup for whatever trailer you're pulling and you'll be good to go. On a 1500 a set of airbags wouldn't hurt to help prevent squatting and give you a little more stability.
