That would make two of us.

I'm all butt hurt about not having a new truck lol

I don'y care about the 'new' factor, but the '14+ rear coils on the 2500s would make it the perfect tow vehicle which is the only reason we bought our truck.

Well, "new" as in, 6.4L HEMI & what you stated. Plus the air ride option.

New as in I'd be the first. Know what has & hasn't been done to it.

Yeah, I agree about what I believe you're saying just to have a "new" truck, naw.

I love my current truck. But when it comes to towing - as that was the reason we too got a truck, originally - I wish I had a more capable TV :beatdeadhorse5:

Big Daddy what led you to a 2500 5.7L over 6.4L or Cummins? I have considered going this route as well because I do need heavy hauling from time to time but don't haul 10k plus on regular basis.

Well sir because at the time there wasn't any 6.4L out or too many in a matter of fact the dealer still don't have too many after talking with the salesman he said that they haven't gotten too many in.

I guess that it's wasn't too popular with the dealership, so I ask myself a question since it's just the wife and I we really didn't need the 6.4L and plus I had to hurry up and get something since I was retiring and now is.

The cummins was a over kill for us and since that we really didn't care it. The 5.7L tow everything what we need and when we get a travel trailer we can get a pretty good one. I love it and am glad I went with the 2500, the coil spring on this is awesome.

As you know that the 2014 2500 Hemi with the 3.73 gears payload is about 2,300 and the towing is 11,050 which I don't understand because when I got it the towing was 11,400. I'm please with it and the gas mileage is about 11 to 12 around town and on the highway I get about 15 to 16.

So smiley, have you pull the trigger yet? One thing about getting a hemi 2500 it get about the same gas mileage towing as the 1500 but when not towing you get about 15 to 16 miles per gallons.

Nice truck!! We traded my wife's 2012 ford edge in on our new 14 2500, I am so grateful she is a stay at home mom and not racking up a ton of miles on our truck :) Like u i cant wait to tow something with it, i am anxious as hell.

I am eyeing a little older one a 2011. Almost identical to my current Ram except 2500. It is an hour away and I am trying to get my wife into a Town and Country first. I may go there and see if they will trade straight up. If they do I win as am getting pretty close to paying off mine and I would step up two years and go from 1500 to 2500.
Here is one I found
