Trac bar relocator?

I'm putting on a 5" zone lift kit on my 2000 Laramie and every thing went well. Except I have no idea where to put my track bar relocator bracket. Could anyone post pictures if they have it? Or just tell me where. Also, while doing the rear, I found that my driver side has one more leaf spring than my passenger side. Is this normal, to prevent lean with the offset gas tank? Or could the previous owner have done something

Bolt to stock mount, drill hole in crossmember, pop in track bar through the bottom
