Traction Bars

Haven't found much in my quick searches do they make any traction bars or caltracs specifically for 1st Gens or am I stuck using universal kits or custom fabbing a set?

you will have to make you own or use a universal kit. not a whole lot of aftermarket support for these trucks.

Lakewood makes a set of truck traction bars for leaf over axle setups or you can use regular traction bars for leaf under setups

They make a 3rd Gen specific that clears the Caliper so why would it not bolt up to any other 2 inch leaf set-up like the 2nd Gen's which I believe use the same leaf springs??

You can make a Super Stock type spring & not worry about traction bars

On another forum there is a member named "Charged392" who builds super nice traction bars. Might try talking to him for your specific needs. I'm sure you can google him or PM me for more information.
