Uconnect 5.0 no sound after update

Just wondering if anyone has encountered no sound from there unconnect 5.0 after doing an update. I have 4 aftermarket speakers and a 4 channel amp installed. The radio was working fine before the update, but after no sound. The dealer installed a new radio, but with the same results, no sound. Anyone??

I have the same issue with my 2015 dodge challenger. I have bluetooth sound for my call and txts but no audio. Tried everything except the update. Not sure if I want to now.

anyone find an update on this? Same issue here, just updated (9/9/18) my RA2 5.0 Uconnect radio in my 13 ram 2500, i do have 4 new spaekers and 4 channel amp, everything worked fine before, now I have no sound...driving me crazy any help would be great!
