I have 3 wiring connectors that just end. I see no place where they plug in. Maybe they are test connections? One is attached to hood next to under hood light, one is behind the ABS system, and one is on passenger fender coming from the fuel purge system.

The fender connectors are for the 4wd vehicles that also have 4wheel abs. The hood connector I have no clue, but its possibly for a different style hood light. The connector by the ABS is for 4wheel abs.

The connector under the hood is for the hood lamp that you do not have . It's a simple plug n play kit .
I got mine from allmoparparts.com , I think it was like $35 . Took like 10 mins to install .
Hope this helps !

I've got the hood light but this connection is before the light. I understand the connector for the 4 wheel ABS since I have drum rears. The connector going from the passenger fender for the emissions system just ends. You would at least think manufacturer would put a cover on it to protect from the elements. I also found another wire connector on the passenger side under the bumper that just ends as well but that one at least has a cover on it.

You have rear wheel ABS just not the front. The connector from the emissions is for the California emissions add on. There isn't really a huge issue with under the hood connectors. The bumper is possibly for fog lamps.

I've got the fog lights. They are hooked to the factory wiring. But I'd have to take pic to show what I'm talking about with the one under passenger side of the bumper. Good info on the ABS. I figured it would be for the front since they do more of the braking. I think maybe down the line I'd remove the unneeded wiring since it's just confusing having these wires just end all over. You know, just to clean it up.
