How are you going to wrap the center part? I have looked into hydro dipping but I didnt feel like spending $300 dollars on the 3 dash parts . Even when I look at a dealer page to look up the part numbers i can't find them

Many members that have them in chrome paint or wrap them because the chrome often will reflect the sunlight in your eyes when driving. You would be better off removing them, sand and paint to what you would like other than chrome, or wrap them with shrinkable wrap. I installed real carbon fiber covers over mine. this is what it looks like but this is wood ver, the carbon fiber is really nice, I just don't have pics of it.

Would like to know myself as well, seriously considering the Mossy Oak edition 1500 and matching the other trim to the center would be nice.

i did mine with a flat head but the best way to do it so you wont mess up the vents is buy a panel tool remover or whatever they are called.

Just looking for an update. Did you purchase the B&I Kit? If so, have you installed it yet? I'm thinking about spicing up my interior a little and I'm considering going this route. Thanks.

The driver side you can reach up behind it and press the locking tabs and it'll come out.
The pass side can be done the same by removing the glove box

You can get 3M vinly wrap on eBay pretty cheap.
Not bad to install just a little time consuming

You use heat to shape it

Lhemi,

This stuff is way better than the regular 3m wrap. Amazon.com: 3M Scotchprint 1080 Carbon Fiber Vinyl Flex Wrap Black CF12 60"x12": Automotive this is easier to mold in tight places and sticks really good and does not leave residue when removed. It also has "air channels" on the back so no air gets trapped. you dont have to heat this stuff ether just mend it with your thumbs. I have used this stuff and its great and dosnt peal off in the summer months when your interior gets to 150*.

I will note that installing this stuff is not as easy as it looks. It is very hard to get a good flow in the corners with out it creasing or ripping. If your good at this stuff and take your time then it will look amazing. I just dont have patients to put this on things like our vent surrounds.. screw that lol
