Vibration/engagement of 4x4?

When I drive on uneven pavement or hit a big bump it feels like the 4x4 in engaging on with a whole front vibration, it happens above like 35 mph and usually stops on its own or when I come to a complete stop. Anyone experience this?

I have engaged 4x4 high and encounter the exact problem of the whole front vibrating and sounding like a gears wining.
