What are you guys paying for Paint Restoration and Ceramic?

So I have tried... but I cannot just keep up with the black. I am strongly considering having the truck professionally detailed and a layer of ceramic put on to keep it from getting scratches/swirls. What is a fair price for this?

I haven't paid it, and probably won't, but I was quoted $1000 for a full detail with sealant. Will be a 3-day process, too.

I paid $650 to have my wifes ES350 polished and OptiCoated.

My Infiniti dealer paid $600 to have my black G37 re-OptiCoat-ed after they swirled the hell out of the paint with their "free car wash after every service".

I did my RAM myself for the cost of materials (because my wife says my time is free ).

I think I paid roughly $300 each brought the guy both of my vehicles and was having the clear bra done on the truck as well so regardless it would of needed correction at least on the front so he cut me a deal dropped it off one morning and picked it up late the next day. The prep (paint correction) is the time consuming part I could of done that myself but my time is limited nowadays with the job I work.

yea no cheap date, but washing and waxing off ladders takes it's toll

Just going to bite the bullet and get it done since I plan on driving this truck until the wheels fall off

You can get fabric done as well

Got quoted $600 for the correction/5 year ceramic. Didnt do it though just paid $200 for paint correction instead

I just had my black truck done on Saturday. It was $600 for the paint/body. I also had the wheels done for an extra $100, and the glass done for another $100. The glass product wasn't ceramic, but some stuff that's like permanent Rain-X.

It was well worth the price. The result is absolutely stunning and should stay looking new and clean. It still looks clean after three days.

The price will highly depend on how much prep work (buffing etc) has to be done first.

There is a National Detailer convention sometime this month down in Fld., however I'm not really sure the exact location. I can find out if you'd like and if it's close to where your located you might go there and talk to a few professionals in your area and see what the going rates are. Usually it's priced on the amount of prep and the type of coating you want and if you want the wheels and glass done. Without seeing your truck a guess would be somewhere between $500 and $1000.

Hard to tell using this crappy iphone camera, but these cats made this paint 10 to the the tenth power better than the factory when it was brand new , crazy flawless

never knew paint could look like this, it is so slick the truck is faster ............. lol

Redid the vinyl on the door pillars as the factory was peeling off

Glass is, rims and plastic is crazy too

They are expensive, but I am very please with Ceramic Pro

I had my wifes 18 grand cherokee summit done. Ceramic pro lifetime, gold package exterior and had the interior coated, 2 windows tinted. Also had them do a few coats on the door jambs. Total was 2k. Urban Werks in Lancaster.

It was worth it in my opinion. Especially after the first quick blow off at the car wash using just water. Hell yeah!

I did the mechanical work at Ceramic Pro Auto spa on the Manhiem Pike .......... lol

They just opened the doors a month ago, they have a coffee shop, stop in and check it out, they did a nice job, right beside Carpet Mart
