So Im new to this forum and new to the Dodge 2500. Once die hard Chevy fan now proud owner of a 2012 2500 4x4 cummins! Trying to get this thing to ride a bit better, wondering how low you guys are running the Toyo Open country At2 tires for street use and no load. BC i know load/no load, on road/off matters. I just don't want to damage the tires. Set up:
2500 Ram 4x4 Cummins
35 x 12.5 x 17 tires ( max 65 psi)
Carli 3" level springs
Bilstein 5100 all 4
Carli Sway bar
Carli track bar

I know this thing won't ride like a Cadilac in the end

I run mine at 43-45 psi. 35-40 was a nicer ride but was not going to wear the tires down evenly. I have a 1500 though so I weigh alot less than you Im sure.

Toyo recommends 41-46 psi if empty and 57 psi if loaded. That's on your specific truck. Enjoy.

Unloaded I would run them at 40 psi front, 30-35 psi rear. Loaded I would bump the rears up to 55-65 depending on the weight.

Wow.
I run 65 front and 55 rear not loaded.
My mega is heavy though. Ramboxes are full of tools and tools behind back seat. 8400 lbs without me in it.
I have AT2's 285/75R18 with 80 max psi.
Seem to be wearing even with about 4500 miles now.

You could easily getaway with less than that for a better ride. I haven't weighed my truck yet with all the mods I've done. But I wouldn't be surprised if I'm 8200-8400 pounds. I run on 37x13.5 Toyo MT's and run them at 40 front and 35 rear unloaded. Rides FAR nicer than it does when aired right up.

I may have to lower them down and see how the ride gets.

FWIW I run mine around 37-40 and like the ride and have had no issues. But I'm in a 1500 and don't load up quite like you diesel boys.

If u call toyo they will tell u exactly what to air them to. That's what I did which is why I knew exactly what to tell the original poster cause we have the same truck.
