I am looking at putting 35's on my truck with a 20" wheel. I'm prob going to go with a 5" lift kit and I am wondering what size wheel will work best. I.e. width, backspacing, offset, etc

Do you have a pic with that set up? I just want the tires to be under the body as much as possible with out any rubbing issues.

You want the tires to be under the body? This setup is the complete opposite. The tires will stick out past the fenders at least 3-4". A 20x10 or 20x9 wheel with an offset close to 0 should tuck you in pretty well. With the 5" lift there shouldn't be any rubbing issues.
