What do you use for under body rubber parts for a long life?

In the engine bay I use 303 Aerospace Protectant. It looks good, and repels dirt. But you need to use it regularly.

Underneath, I used to use Fluid Film on the rubber parts and it is OK.

I was wondering if there anything else out there I should look at.

I'm not looking to make thing look good.

I want the rubber parts to last a long time.

I have a travel trailer and it is recommended to use Silicone spray on the rubber seals.

Thanks.

Krown or Fluid Film are your best bet for the under body rubber parts. Silicone spray would be better for the rubber IMO but it just won't last very long when exposed to all the elements. Your could smear some silicone grease on them, that would last longer.
